Free customer experience certificate, program for Veterans, their families

Veterans, active duty servicemembers and their families who want to make themselves more competitive candidate or improve customer experience skills can sign up for a free program.

Medallia is offering their Operational Customer Experience Management Certificate program free of charge during Veterans Month 2020.

About the program

Today’s business environment is information rich. Organizations are looking to use their customer feedback and other data to help them build a better product or service.

This profession is customer experience (CX) management. LinkedIn.com jobs (Veterans get a year of premium LinkedIn) has 70K+ jobs matching the search term “customer experience manager.” Many of these positions are remote.

The demand for CX experts continues to increase as more organizations understand the impact of trust on their bottom line. For example, VA has taken deliberate steps to hardwire customer experience in VA culture. VA recently hosted a State of Veteran Customer Experience event which included videos from VA corporate partners like T-Mobile, Phillips, USAA, Walmart and Amazon). Additionally, Veteran Service Organizations shared their CX innovations and efforts to improve services for Veterans.

“Veterans are proven problem solvers and their talents are perfect for the customer experience discipline,” said Lee Becker, Medallia Solutions Principal. “Customer experience is to truly understand and find the best solutions from your customer’s perspective.”

All interested Veterans, military, and their families are invited to attend an introductory webinar Nov. 19, 2020, at 2 p.m. ET to learn the foundations of customer experience.
