ALGOLIA CLOSES $150 MLN SERIES D

Algolia, a U.S. artificial intelligence-powered search and discovery solutions platform, has secured $150 million in a Series D funding round.

Lone Pine Capital spearheaded the funding round, bringing Algolia’s total funding raised to date to $315 million.

The round also received participation from Fidelity Management & Research Co. LLC, STEADFAST Capital Ventures, Glynn Capital, Twilio, and existing backers, Accel and Salesforce Ventures.

Algolia will use the latest investment to scale, serve the demand for its search and recommendations products, and accelerate continued global expansion into adjacent markets and use cases.
