IRELAND/UK – Customer engagement and data platform Xtremepush has acquired customer data business Alchemetrics for an undisclosed sum.
Dublin-headquartered Xtremepush also has offices in the UK, North America, and Central and Eastern Europe. The company’s platform is used by firms to acquire new customers and communicate with existing ones.
The deal will add cross-channel customer identification and decisioning to Xtremepush’s data platform and increase its headcount to 65.
Alchemetrics, based in Reading with a team in Vilnius, Lithuania, specialises in building customer data platforms.
The terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
