Michael Fisher Ed.D. joins board of global customer insight publication
NEW YORK – November 20, 2019
TheCustomer announced today that Michael Fisher, Ed.D has been appointed to the company’s Board of Directors. Fisher joins TheCustomer Board of Directors with over 25 years of experience serving in leadership capacities advocating-for and building customer-facing solutions for some of the largest and most dynamic organizations in the world.
From 2004 to 2011 he served as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations at Alterian. Within these two roles, he managed Sales, Solution Engineering and Design, and Professional Services teams for a leading provider of marketing automation and insights technology. From 2011 to 2018, as President of Yes Lifecycle Marketing, he developed the cross-channel marketing technology platform supporting email, display, social, and mobile with advanced analytics and data management resulting in four years of overall growth. In 2019 Michael received his Ed.D. and now serves as faculty member at his Alma Mater, University of Saint Francis.
Throughout his career, he has grown a business from a $2.5M+ single product operation to a $27M+ cross-channel industry leader. He’s led dramatic year-over-year growth for a company experiencing significant declines in profits and expanded domestic sales into the international market. Michael’s leadership at Alterian and Yes Lifecycle Marketing lead to growth in those businesses from $2 to $27 million and from $40-$90 million respectively while growing ebitda consistently which reached and exceeded 20%+
