Netcore acquires Hansel.io to create intelligent customer experience cloud

Netcore Solutions, a pioneer in Intelligent Customer Engagement & Communications, has acquired Hansel.io, a real-time, no code, Product Experience platform in a cash and stock deal. The addition of Hansel’s complementary and differentiated capabilities of Contextual Nudges & A/B Testing accelerates Netcore’s offering of Intelligent Customer Experience at scale across all the digital touchpoints. The Hansel PX cloud further augments Netcore’s flagship Marketing cloud and Communication cloud.

Founded by ex-Flipkart and Ex Zynga product and tech leads, Varun Ramamurthy Dinakar and Parminder Singh, Hansel.io, is a Real-time, No-code, Product Experience platform used by Product & Growth teams to place Contextual Nudges & Walkthroughs at the most appropriate time in the customer’s journey to boost conversions and engagement on App & Web. Hansel also boasts of a suite of low-code offerings including Feature Management and A/B Experimentation for mobile applications. Hansel.io had previously raised a total of $5.4 million of funding from marquee investors like Chiratae Ventures (previously known as IDG Capital), Vertex Ventures, and Endiya Partners.

Netcore has been building upon the vision of delivering “Intelligent Customer Experience” to every consumer across all digital touchpoints. With 3 acquisitions back to back over the last 20 months, first being Quinto.ai (Conversational AI platform) followed by Boxx.ai (AI-First Omnichannel Personalization & Recommendation Engine) and now Hansel.io, Netcore accelerates the evolution from an Intelligent Customer Engagement & Communications platform towards building the Intelligent CX cloud.

The integration of Netcore’s current capabilities with the Hansel Product and the Mobile App Team would enable brands to continuously enhance the Experience for an App User to Web Visitors and across all the messaging channels. The venture claims that it makes the Marketing and the Product teams’ jobs a lot easier to change the Website and App layout without any code release and run product experiments in real-time. Further strengthening Netcore’s aim of creating next-generation Mobile-first products and take a clear lead in this domain.

Speaking on the occasion, Kalpit Jain, Group CEO of Netcore Solutions stated, “Customer Experience is clearly a global phenomenon now. It is as important as your Product/Service (if not more). Every interaction that you do today needs to be Personalized, Intelligent and delightful for your customer. The best companies of today are re-inventing CX with a culture of experimentation to drive the innovation. With the amalgamation of Hansel’s capabilities, Netcore will enable the marketers and product managers to constantly innovate, arrest the non-purchase drop-offs to boost Conversions, while creating a seamless end-to-end Customer Experience.”

Parminder Singh, Co-founder of Hansel, stated “This is a win-win for both companies. Adding Hansel’s capabilities to modify in-app experiences adds a significant ability to Netcore’s offering to Growth & Product teams. Netcore’s expertise & reach in the industry built over decades will surely help our young team navigate the still-nascent no-code movement better. The combined offering can now be used to manage the end-to-end experience of your users, within and outside the product.”
