Netcore acquires to create intelligent customer experience cloud

Netcore Solutions, a pioneer in Intelligent Customer Engagement & Communications, has acquired, a real-time, no code, Product Experience platform in a cash and stock deal. The addition of Hansel’s complementary and differentiated capabilities of Contextual Nudges & A/B Testing accelerates Netcore’s offering of Intelligent Customer Experience at scale across all the digital touchpoints. The Hansel PX cloud further augments Netcore’s flagship Marketing cloud and Communication cloud.

Founded by ex-Flipkart and Ex Zynga product and tech leads, Varun Ramamurthy Dinakar and Parminder Singh,, is a Real-time, No-code, Product Experience platform used by Product & Growth teams to place Contextual Nudges & Walkthroughs at the most appropriate time in the customer’s journey to boost conversions and engagement on App & Web. Hansel also boasts of a suite of low-code offerings including Feature Management and A/B Experimentation for mobile applications. had previously raised a total of $5.4 million of funding from marquee investors like Chiratae Ventures (previously known as IDG Capital), Vertex Ventures, and Endiya Partners.
