Microsoft Azure customers worldwide now gain access to inQuba Journey Cloud to take advantage of the scalability, reliability and agility of Azure to drive application development and shape business strategies.
inQuba today announced the availability of the inQuba Journey Cloud in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, an online store providing applications and services for use on Azure. inQuba customers can now take advantage of the productive and trusted Azure cloud platform, with streamlined deployment and management.
inQuba optimizes acquisition, retention and upsell across the customer journeys for financial services, insurance, telco, hospitality and retail customers. The inQuba platform provides for the ingestion of journey data from multiple sources (both digital and non-digital) to be able to precisely understand individual and aggregated journey paths of customers so that the start, drop off and goal achievement of customer journeys can be examined in detail. The platform is underpinned by a configurable customer value model that allows the customer’s perception of value delivery to be assessed throughout the journey.
The inQuba platform provides for conversational commerce (chat) engagements in the context of the customer journey and the customer’s perception of value delivery by inQuba’s corporate customers using the inQuba Journey Cloud. The result is a systematic approach to orchestrate the delivery of compelling and engaging customer journeys resulting in increased conversion, better retention and better upsell and cross sell.
The inQuba solution, delivered using Azure services and leveraging Azure’s advanced Synapse Analytics and Azure AI, offers Customer Journey Analytics, Journey Orchestration and Customer Experience (CX) management in one easy-to-use platform. This provides for social, engagement, campaigning, text & sentiment analytics, machine learning and case management on a single SaaS platform. inQuba is integrated into a host of digital engagement channels including SMS, email and WhatsApp.
